Our electrical standoff insulators provide consistent reliability and performance and are typically maintenance-free. Standoff insulators are gray in color with an outer glaze coating so that dust and dirt will not adhere to the insulator and interfere with the performance of the insulator. Standoff insulators are offered from 2.5kv up to 15kv/110kv BIL.
Meister International supplies electrical standoff insulators complete with brass inserts on each end of the insulator with a center mounting hole in each insert. The brass inserts are held in place with Portland cement so that the inserts remain in place during high mechanical stresses as well as high-temperature environments.
